THE COFFEE SPILLS DURING THE BREWING PROCESS
This is one of the most common problems that most people experience when they first come into contact with mocha. In all cases, coffee splashes out of the pot during brewing, without exception caused by overheating.
Always remember that at no time should you let the water in the room reach its boiling point – a gentle steam simmer is your goal. If the water is too hot, you will lose most of the coffee during the brewing process, and the rest will be bitter.
